Ignou Admission January 2018 procedure, prospectus, apply online

Ignou admission is offered to the learners in the January and July academic cycles. It is also known as "Ignou Registration".

Right now admissions are going on for January 2018 academic cycle in the Indira Gandhi National Open University. Students from all over India can apply for admission in various distance learning programmes offered by the university.

The University is offering Ignou admission in various Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes. Also, the interested learners can apply for admission to various Certificate and Diploma courses.

How to apply for Ignou Admission Jan 2018?

Learners can apply for admission via any of the two methods which are mentioned below:

Ignou Online admission (At official website)

In case of Ignou online admission,learners can fill up registration form and do the payment of admission fee on the university official website. Payment can be done via Debit/Credit card. Before filling up application they should download soft copy of Ignou prospectus to know about the details of a programme.

Admission at Regional Centre (Offline)

In case of applying for admission by offline method, the students should buy Student Handbook and Prospectus from the nearest IGNOU Regional Centre.It can be purchased by paying sum of Rs.200/- in cash at the sale counter.

Admission form can be cut out from the prospectus. The applicants should fill it carefully before submitting it at the regional centre along with registration fee. The fee should be paid in the form of demand draft only.
